Property developer Land Securities were letting a vast floor’ space in London and needed to show the potential tenants how this space could be split in four sections for four separate companies. Now, to demonstrate this clearly, they could put up boring signs or an agent could run around the empty space, waving his hands all day, but the award-winning, multi-disciplinary design studio Radford Wallis, had a better idea.
